Job Description

Collaborates with HQ merchandising team and local retail teams to optimize regional stock allocation, especially for portfolio and high-end pieces; Ensure inventory alignment with regional strategy, influences HQ product planning, coordinates stock synergy among affiliates, and actively engages to shape global strategies

Job Responsibility

  • Consolidate and analyze stock availability across all affiliates, identifying opportunities to leverage inventory effectively
  • Facilitate stock synergy among affiliates, maximizing sales opportunities and minimizing inventory risks
  • Review the monthly stock level to ensure the product mix and percentage of product allocation from HQ is aligned with the regional business development strategy, including the stock synergy between the affiliates and maintaining optimal product mix
  • Provide insights on local market demand and proactively communicate these insights to headquarters, influencing production, allocation, and delivery planning
  • Ensure timely allocation of the right products in optimal quantities to meet market demands
  • Collaborate closely with regional and local CRM teams, ensuring high-end product needs and customer demands are clearly understood and met effectively
  • Establish and maintain direct communication with HQ merchandising teams, actively contributing to the development and execution of global merchandising and product strategies

Requirements

  • At least 8 years relevant work experience in luxury or high-end retail industry
  • Proven track record in managing regional stock allocation strategies and inventory optimization
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
  • Proactive and strategic thinker, capable of influencing global merchandising decisions
