Job Description

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role where you will act as the product owner and commercial lead for the organisation’s membership and loyalty offering. Reporting to a senior commercial leader, you will take ownership of the membership product strategy, including proposition design, pricing, segmentation, and loyalty frameworks. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, digital, commercial, and operational teams to ensure the membership offering is compelling, scalable, and commercially optimised.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and develop the membership product roadmap, including structure, tiers, pricing, and benefits
  • Lead the evolution of the loyalty strategy, creating a compelling value proposition that drives retention and lifetime value
  • Take ownership of the membership budget, including acquisition, retention, and revenue targets
  • Develop segmented propositions to appeal to new and existing audiences
  • Design and deliver partnership-based membership products to support third-party acquisition channels
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure propositions are highly marketable and drive growth
  • Analyse performance data, including LTV, churn, and engagement metrics, to continuously optimise the offering
  • Act as the custodian of member experience, improving journeys and touchpoints across all channels
  • Work closely with IT and operations to ensure seamless delivery of membership products
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, digital regulations)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior product, proposition, or membership leadership role
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing strategy and revenue optimisation
  • Deep understanding of segmentation and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience designing and delivering loyalty or rewards programmes
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Track record of delivering growth in membership acquisition and retention
