• Provide strategic leadership to drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement across the department
• Shape and refine a rich, engaging and ambitious Maths curriculum that empowers every student to reach their full potential
• Lead, motivate and develop an enthusiastic team of teachers, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth and shared success
• Use assessment intelligently to secure strong outcomes and ensure all students, including disadvantaged and vulnerable learners, make exceptional progress
• Champion numeracy and a love of learning across the Academy, ensuring that every young person's potential is recognised and nurtured
