Job Description

The Head of Marketing, reporting to the CEO, is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, driving demand generation, and building brand awareness. This player-coach role leads and mentors the marketing team, oversees operations across paid, owned, and earned channels, and ensures strong execution of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • At least 5 years in a leadership position
  • Prior people management/development experience
  • Strong expertise across demand gen and lead gen
  • Knowledge of modern marketing channels
  • Experience managing modern tech stacks including automation, analytics, and AI tools
  • Hubspot and Salesforce experience required
  • Proven track record of creating and leading marketing strategies, demand generation, and brand growth
  • Deep expertise in paid, owned, and earned media channels, SEO, PPC, CRO, and modern marketing technologies (CRM, automation, analytics, AI tools)
  • Experience building and managing high-performing, agile teams and working with agencies or external partners
  • Strong strategic planning, budget management, and cross-functional leadership
  • Highly collaborative
