Head of Marketing, Business Travel, Up to c£65k + 10% Bonus, hybrid/remote. We are delighted to be working in partnership with this award winning, mid-size travel management company with a growing global footprint who are seeking a Head of Marketing. Hybrid or remote working arrangements are open for discussion depending on proximity from the companies offices in south east England.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a Marketing Exec and external agencies
Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, social media, events, and partnerships
Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with sales, account management, and operations teams to optimise the customer journey
Analyse performance metrics and ROI, using insights to continuously improve campaigns
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
Identify new market opportunities and support expansion into new regions
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role
Experience within the business travel sector preferred
Broader industry experience in events or leisure travel would be advantageous
Strong track record in B2B marketing and demand generation
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Nice to have:
Experience within the business travel sector preferred
Broader industry experience in events or leisure travel would be advantageous
