Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of the brand and marketing strategy as they continue to gain market share. As Head of Marketing, you’ll ensure a consistent, compelling and commercially effective brand presence whilst driving customer engagement and commercial performance. You’ll also be tasked with strategic leadership across the brand and marketing function whilst also ensuring return on marketing investment through your marketing teams.
Job Responsibility
Accountability for significant marketing budget and agency investment
Senior stakeholder engagement across business functions
Define and own the end-to-end brand and marketing strategy
Establish clear KPIs and performance frameworks to measure brand impact and ROI
Identify opportunities to strengthen market position and customer engagement
Drive innovation across marketing channels, partnerships and communications
Act as the senior custodian of the brand across all channels
Lead brand positioning and perception strategy across consumer audiences
Lead the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies, including, advertising and media, PR, communications and partnerships, social media, content and print
Ensure alignment across national, local, category and digital marketing activity
Use insight and analytics to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing marketing and brand function
Build capability across strategic planning, campaign delivery and channel specialisms
Maintain financial control and deliver activity within agreed budgets
Requirements
Significant experience leading brand and marketing strategy at a senior level
Proven track record in delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Experience managing significant budgets and delivering measurable ROI
Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
A strategic focus with strong commercial awareness
Strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach
Nice to have
Previous multi-site experience would be advantageous
