We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who will take full ownership of our marketing function — from strategy to execution — and shape the team structure based on current needs and goals. The role will cover both marketing for Honeycomb Software as a service vendor and employer, and marketing services development as a new offering for our clients.
Job Responsibility:
Audit, rebuild, and execute a marketing strategy for Honeycomb Software
Develop and promote marketing as a new offering for our clients and leads
Plan, launch, and lead marketing projects from conception to completion
Review, manage, and grow the internal marketing team (currently includes a Content Manager and Graphic Designer)
Coordinate advertisement campaigns on multiple platforms and media outreach efforts
Participate in marketing event support, including webinars, industry conferences,etc.
Conduct internal management sessions with the team, communicate with the customer, and analyze customer feedback
Monitor performance using analytical tools and adjust strategies as needed
Participate in presale calls to improve proposals with the Business Development department
Define priorities, set goals, and ensure timely and high-quality execution
Track performance, analyze results, and adjust strategy accordingly
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
3+ years of experience in an IT services company
1+ years of experience in a management role
Understanding of marketing and go-to-market strategies
Strategic thinking and hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns
Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas to the customer
Strong sales enablement skills, including creating presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and other sales materials
Expertise in content and brand marketing strategies, focusing on materials that educate and engage customers
Experience in market research and product positioning to inform product messaging and marketing strategies
Experience running advertisement campaigns and effective media outreach
Expertise in managing marketing campaigns using HubSpot and other tools
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytical tools
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and build timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Familiarity with the U.S. and European markets
Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and spoken)
