Job Description

We are looking for a strategic marketing leader to shape and elevate the market presence of a growing financial services firm in Seattle, Washington. This role will guide brand positioning, build targeted demand generation programs, and develop go-to-market plans that support business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial insight, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead high-impact B2B marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that strengthens brand recognition and supports revenue goals across the business
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing offerings, ensuring alignment with business priorities and target audiences
  • Create and optimize multi-step nurture campaigns that engage prospects and move them effectively through the sales funnel
  • Oversee brand messaging and positioning to ensure a consistent, credible presence across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints
  • Direct digital marketing initiatives, using performance data and market insights to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with growth objectives and pipeline development
  • Establish key performance indicators and use analytics tools to measure results and inform decision-making
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing function, fostering strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility within B2B environments
  • Experience building and executing brand, content, and demand generation strategies for a financial services, fintech, or professional services organization
  • Proven success developing marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation programs for growth-focused organizations
  • Strong background in digital marketing with experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B marketing, including lead nurturing and go-to-market execution
  • Ability to use marketing data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate performance and guide strategy
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated industry is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM search optimization and emerging digital marketing trends
