A dynamic and strategic marketing leader to build and lead SRKay's marketing function — driving brand visibility, thought leadership, lead generation, and business growth across Consulting, GCC, Technology, AI, and Digital Transformation domains. This is a function-building role with the opportunity to shape the marketing practice from the ground up and lead a growing team.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
Build and strengthen SRKay's brand positioning across Consulting, GCC, Technology, AI, and Digital Transformation
Lead corporate branding initiatives to ensure consistent brand image and communication across all channels
Drive content marketing, thought leadership, and executive branding programmes through articles, reports, case studies, webinars, and social media
Oversee website, digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, email marketing, and campaign performance
Generate and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generation, business development, and client engagement
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, HR, Leadership, and Delivery teams to support business objectives and employer branding
Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, vendors, and industry associations
Develop marketing budgets, track KPIs, and present performance reports and recommendations to leadership
Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and innovation
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or Digital Marketing — preferably in Consulting, Technology, IT Services, GCC, or Professional Services
Proven experience developing and executing successful B2B marketing and brand-building strategies
Experience in corporate branding, thought leadership, and executive positioning initiatives
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, lead generation, and marketing analytics
Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, CRM platforms, and campaign management tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Outstanding leadership, team management, and project management capabilities
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience marketing consulting, GCC, technology, digital transformation, AI, cloud, or cybersecurity offerings
Strong LinkedIn thought leadership and B2B brand-building experience
Demonstrated ability to build marketing functions and drive measurable business impact
