A rapidly growing B2B2C fintech payments company is hiring its first Head of Marketing to build and own the entire marketing function. The company powers modern payment experiences for enterprise customers in highly regulated industries and is continuing to grow their market. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with major impact, ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who has scaled early-stage fintech or payments infrastructure products.
Job Responsibility:
Build and execute the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy and roadmap
Own brand positioning, messaging, and content across all channels
Develop sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, playbooks) that support enterprise revenue
Lead website strategy, conversion optimization, and product launch storytelling
Build a content engine focused on thought leadership, social presence, and LinkedIn growth
Drive awareness in new verticals and support retention/credibility in established ones
Stand up scalable marketing processes, tools, and continue growing the team
Requirements:
5+ years in B2B or B2B2C fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure marketing
Experience marketing technical or infrastructure-level payment products to enterprise buyers (CFO, Product, Engineering, Payments, etc.)
Proven ability to build marketing strategy independently in high-growth or early-stage environments
Strong sales enablement background with materials that influenced enterprise deals
Experience with brand, content, website strategy, and multi-channel execution
Nice to have:
familiarity with payment rails (ACH/AFT, P2C, RTP), social media growth, or building a marketing team
