f you’re looking for a role where you can truly lead a brand not just manage one this is it. SERVED isn’t following the rules of the drinks category. It’s rewriting them. This is an opportunity to take the reins of a brand with cultural momentum, serious backing and the freedom to do things differently. Why this role is different: You lead the brand strategy, execution, team and everything in between; You’ll shape a brand already cutting through in a crowded, traditional category; Backed by a global drinks player but operating with the speed and mindset of a challenger; No legacy, no red tape just opportunity; A business that genuinely backs bold ideas. Ways of working: London, 3 days per week. The brand: Co-founded by Ellie Goulding, SERVED has become one of the UK’s fastest-rising FMCG brands and one of the most exciting. From ready-to-drink cocktails to draught serves, SERVED sits at the intersection of premium quality and modern lifestyle. It’s built for consumers who expect more: better ingredients, better taste and brands that actually reflect how they live today. This isn’t just another drinks brand. It’s a brand with identity, attitude and cultural relevance and it’s only just getting started. The role: This is a true brand leadership position. You’ll take full ownership of how SERVED shows up in the market and how it scales. Define and evolve the brand strategy as the business enters its next growth phase; Lead bold, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through not blend in; Build a digital-first brand ecosystem, with social and video at its core; Turn insight into action and action into commercial impact; Own activation across channels from disruptive launches to standout partnerships; Be the driving force behind how the brand is seen, felt and talked about. This is not about safe hands. It’s about someone who can push the brand forward. Who this is for: You’re likely already a successful FMCG Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager but you’re frustrated by slow decision making, layered approvals or playing it safe. You want more ownership. More pace. More impact. You’ll bring: A track record of growing brands ideally in FMCG or similarly fast-paced categories like fashion or beauty; A challenger mindset — you question, push, and rethink; Strong instincts for what cuts through culturally (not just what looks good on a deck); Deep understanding of digital-first marketing especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; Experience building engaged audiences, not just running campaigns; The ability to balance creativity with commercial results. Drinks experience isn’t a must. Original thinking is. Please note that Marvel FMCG is exclusively partnered with SERVED, any third party applications will only be shared with the relevant consultant.
