Job Description:

Join a fast-growing SaaS startup in the e-commerce enablement space as the Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to build, lead, and scale a marketing engine for a company that develops beautifully designed, high-converting UX tools used by top online brands. If you are passionate about shaping the growth trajectory of a high-potential tech product and building a marketing function from the ground up, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the entire marketing function, focusing on growth, acquisition, lifecycle, and brand
Build and mentor a small, high-performance marketing team
Own marketing strategy, funnel optimization, and performance analytics
Launch data-driven campaigns across paid, social, search, partnerships, and content
Oversee lifecycle/CRM programs to improve retention and customer engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership
Manage budget forecasting, reporting, and marketing operations
Develop messaging, content, and thought leadership for the brand

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or tech
Proven track record of growing early-stage startups or emerging brands
Strong performance marketing skills and fluency in analytics
Experience with lifecycle/CRM and customer retention programs
Highly collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable in an unstructured environment
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Data-driven operator with a test-iterate mindset

Nice to have:

Experience in the Shopify ecosystem or e-commerce marketing tools
Experience building a marketing function from scratch
Familiarity with attribution modeling and funnel analytics
