Head of marketing (social media & digital)

• Lead and manage the marketing team/department, strategizing short, mid and long term digital and social media strategies to drive the awareness and image of the Education Institute on both local and international market
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with the team to drive engagement, presence and brand/image building for all audiences
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on projects to ensure timely delivery
• Utilize both digital marketing, social media platforms and events to drive external engagement
• Plan, manage and coordinate events at the Education Institute to ensure a positive and memoriable visitation
• Track and report all campaigns to ensure positive ROI
• Analysis on campaigns and insights to drive best practices and continuous improvement on all marketing aspects
• Manage and lead the team to ensure high productivity and positive morale

• Degree holder in marketing, business, communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years experience in marketing, focus on digital marketing, social media and content
• Proven experience in branding and marketing campaigns, covering digital, events, communication and social media
• Strong project management skills, communication and presentation
• Creative, relationship & people oriented, self-motivated
• Hands-on leadership and team management capabilities to drive projects and team productivity
• Strong command of English and Chinese, written and spoken
