Job Description

As Head of Marketing & Sales Analytics, you'll lead the strategic analytics function within your region, providing crucial data insights that drive business performance and shape multi-million media investment decisions while supporting our digital growth objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic analytics agenda across marketing and sales
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions and ecommerce strategies
  • Champion a test and learn culture
  • Oversee development of comprehensive reports and dashboards
  • Ensure delivery of actionable insights to marketing, sales and commercial teams
  • Track sales and marketing performance against forecasts and budgets
  • Provide detailed analysis of performance drivers
  • Work with trading teams to optimize on-site revenue and conversion
  • Lead the evolution of our analytics function
  • Work closely with group colleagues to future-proof our analytics architecture and capabilities

  • Improve how we turn data into actionable insight
  • Take ownership of regional media measurement frameworks
  • Leverage full funnel marketing data and insight to optimise spend across brand and performance marketing channels
  • Provide clear insight into sales performance via digital channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and sales analytics
  • Track record in leading analytics teams
  • Understanding of eCommerce metrics, digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and budget planning processes
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Passion for developing analytics talent and fostering a culture of innovation
