As Head of Marketing & Sales Analytics, you'll lead the strategic analytics function within your region, providing crucial data insights that drive business performance and shape multi-million media investment decisions while supporting our digital growth objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the strategic analytics agenda across marketing and sales
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions and ecommerce strategies
Champion a test and learn culture
Oversee development of comprehensive reports and dashboards
Ensure delivery of actionable insights to marketing, sales and commercial teams
Track sales and marketing performance against forecasts and budgets
Provide detailed analysis of performance drivers
Work with trading teams to optimize on-site revenue and conversion

Modernise visualisation and reporting
Improve how we turn data into actionable insight
Take ownership of regional media measurement frameworks
Leverage full funnel marketing data and insight to optimise spend across brand and performance marketing channels
Provide clear insight into sales performance via digital channels
Provide clear and timely insight into trading discussions to maximise digital sales growth
Direct post-campaign analysis for CRM activities
Improve integration of CRM reporting with wider marketing analytics
Be a voice of the customer leveraging our data and analytics to drive customer-centric decisions
Lead the analytics engineering operations
Oversee the building of regional analytics infrastructure
Manage a team of analytics professionals across multiple disciplines
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing and sales analytics
Track record in leading analytics teams
Understanding of eCommerce metrics, digital marketing channels, attribution modelling, and performance measurement
Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and budget planning processes
Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics platforms
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Passion for developing analytics talent and fostering a culture of innovation
