Job Description

Join Marketing at Barclays to create integrated marketing strategies for Barclays. As the Head of Marketing – Private Bank in Barclays, this highly visible leadership role is responsible for setting and executing the marketing strategy for the Singapore Private Bank across APAC. The role will report to the Marketing Director, Private Bank International and have 2 direct reports. It involves long- and short-term planning, fostering collaboration across the Private Bank and Barclays Group, and creating a positive, creative team culture. Key responsibilities include developing marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns, deepening client relationships, managing budgets and governance, and producing compelling executive-level materials. The role demands strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to transform marketing from a local, event-based function into a strategic, commercial partner.

Requirements

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and delivery that aligns with the banks business objectives and are informed by market research, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, to achieve specific, well defined outcomes, as needed.
