We are seeking a Head of Marketing Platform Engineering to lead Fever's marketing optimization stack. Responsibilities include leading and scaling the engineering team, owning platform architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability, collaborating across functions, and shaping the roadmap for advertising platforms. This high-impact role sits at the center of Fever's growth engine.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class engineering team

  • Oversee architecture and implementation of real-time data collection from ad networks, optimization pipelines, and internal tools
  • Build systems that can handle billions of impressions and thousands of simultaneous campaigns
  • Partner with ML scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate cutting-edge models into the platform
  • Anticipate shifts in advertising platforms and ensure Fever’s platform remains at the forefront

Requirements:

  • Proven Engineering Leader with 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ in leadership roles in high-growth, high-scale contexts
  • AdTech/MarTech Expertise: experience building or scaling systems that interact with major advertising APIs. Meta Ads familiarity is a strong plus
  • Technical Depth: strong background in backend engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale data pipelines. Python expertise preferred

  • AI/Optimization Fluency: exposure to algorithmic budget allocation, recommendation systems, or applied ML in marketing contexts
