My Client is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations, Data & Insights to ensure our BD & Marketing function operates efficiently, delivers high-quality client experiences, and enables insight-led decision-making across the firm.
Job Responsibility:
Build and run the firmwide client feedback programme
Use insights to drive consistent, high-quality client experiences
Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of a new CRM system
Maintain high-quality data and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making
Own the full marketing technology stack and ensure tools are integrated and effective
Manage suppliers, contracts, and platform performance
Create efficient workflows for creative, events and marketing requests
Ensure processes are documented, consistent, and scalable
Manage and support the CRM, Insights and Events team
Oversee the marketing operations budget
Requirements:
Experienced in marketing operations, CRM, or data roles within professional services or a similar environment
Strong in CRM adoption, analytics, reporting, and data quality management
Skilled at improving workflows and operational processes
Experienced with client feedback programmes and insight generation
Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing suppliers
Collaborative leader, process-minded, and able to influence stakeholders
