My Client is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations, Data & Insights to ensure our BD & Marketing function operates efficiently, delivers high-quality client experiences, and enables insight-led decision-making across the firm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and run the firmwide client feedback programme
  • Use insights to drive consistent, high-quality client experiences
  • Lead the rollout, adoption, and governance of a new CRM system
  • Maintain high-quality data and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making
  • Own the full marketing technology stack and ensure tools are integrated and effective
