I’m partnering with a leading, award-winning healthcare group headquartered in Malaysia. They have a robust and expanding clinic network across APAC and are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive their brand leadership and patient growth.
Job Responsibility
Plan and execute annual marketing strategies to hit business revenue targets
Partner with surgeons, counselors, and clinic managers to boost conversion rates
Lead all digital growth channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and website optimization)
Build personal surgeons branding and leadership initiatives for the medical team
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Ideally 7–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or private hospital networks is highly preferred
Ability to build and interpret complex marketing dashboards, turning raw data into actionable monthly performance reports for the CEO
Capability to look beyond marketing data and analyze the operational funnel
