I’m partnering with a leading, award-winning healthcare group headquartered in Malaysia. They have a robust and expanding clinic network across APAC and are looking for a Head of Marketing to drive their brand leadership and patient growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute annual marketing strategies to hit business revenue targets
  • Partner with surgeons, counselors, and clinic managers to boost conversion rates
  • Lead all digital growth channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and website optimization)
  • Build personal surgeons branding and leadership initiatives for the medical team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Ideally 7–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or private hospital networks is highly preferred
  • Ability to build and interpret complex marketing dashboards, turning raw data into actionable monthly performance reports for the CEO
  • Capability to look beyond marketing data and analyze the operational funnel
