Job Description

Head of Marketing & Enrolments - Mini Masterminds is one of New South Wales’ fastest-growing early learning groups, operating a growing network of approximately 21 centres across Sydney. We are known for combining high educational standards, beautifully designed learning environments, and a highly data-driven approach to family acquisition, enrolment and retention. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Marketing & Enrolments to lead our entire growth ecosystem — from first brand interaction through to long-term family retention. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where marketing, enrolments and retention operate as one integrated commercial function.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the multichannel marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, social media, content, PR, partnerships and events
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging and campaign execution across all centres
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and channel performance
  • Lead major campaigns including centre launches, Tour Weeks and seasonal enrolment drives
  • Own and optimise the full enrolment funnel from lead generation through to commencement
  • Analyse conversion data and identify opportunities to improve performance across every stage
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking lead quality, occupancy, conversion and ROI
  • Coach and develop the Enrolment team to improve capability and performance outcomes
  • Lead retention strategy across the network
  • Monitor churn trends, exit data and retention performance
  • Develop lifecycle communication strategies to improve family engagement
  • Partner closely with operational leaders to improve the end-to-end family experience
  • Lead and mentor the Marketing, Enrolment and Retention teams
  • Manage external agencies and technology partners
  • Collaborate with Centre Directors and Area Managers to improve local conversion performance
  • Present commercial insights, reporting and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in senior marketing, growth or commercial leadership roles
  • Experience leading multi-site consumer-facing businesses
  • Strong expertise across performance marketing, SEO, CRM and funnel analytics
  • Proven success driving occupancy, utilisation or revenue growth outcomes
  • Experience leading enrolment, sales or customer conversion teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with strong operational instincts
  • Experience within childcare, education, healthcare or allied health environments will be highly regarded.
