Job Description

The Head of Marketing & Creative Operations is responsible for driving the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of marketing and creative output across the business. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that marketing strategies, campaigns, and communications are delivered seamlessly across channels and markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Marketing & Creative Operations: Own and optimise end-to-end marketing and creative processes, ensuring high-quality delivery at pace
  • Drive Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead cross-channel, multi-market campaigns from concept to launch
  • Oversee Creative Production & Efficiency: Manage the central creative studio to deliver on-brand, timely output
  • Deliver Commercial Impact: Support revenue growth through operational delivery of key initiatives
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic marketing partner across Product, Finance and HR
  • Manage Budgets & Resources: Own OPEX marketing budgets and vendor spend
  • Build Scalable Systems: Develop and implement processes, guidelines, and frameworks that support growth
  • Champion Team Culture: Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment

Requirements

  • Experience leading marketing and creative operations in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
  • A strong instinct for what good looks like - creatively and operationally
  • Confidence working across teams and influencing at all levels
  • A process-driven mindset, with the flexibility to adapt when needed
  • Experience (or real curiosity) in using AI to improve creative or marketing workflows
  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets
  • A commercial mindset - you care about outcomes, not just output
  • Fluent English speaker
