I’m partnering with a leading, award-winning healthcare group headquartered in Malaysia. They have a robust and expanding clinic network across APAC and are looking for a strategic Head of Marketing to drive their next phase of growth.
Job Responsibility
Plan and execute annual marketing strategies to hit business revenue targets
Deep familiarity in insurance and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) networks
Partner with surgeons, counselors, and clinic managers to boost conversion rates
Lead all digital growth channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, and website optimization)
Build personal surgeons branding and leadership initiatives for the medical team
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a relevant discipline
MBBS qualification is highly preferred
Ideally 7–10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or private hospital networks is highly preferred
