Join TUI as our Head of Marketing Communications & Campaigns and lead our vision for impactful marketing that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. In this strategic leadership role, you'll develop and execute effective marketing communication plans that bring our UK&I regional strategy to life within TUI's global brand framework.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and optimize regional marketing communication plans that seamlessly integrate global brand frameworks with local market dynamics
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring alignment between global initiatives and UK&I regional priorities while collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Strategically activate marketing campaigns across the most effective channels, ensuring consistent messaging and execution that maximizes brand impact and performance
  • Lead the creative development process, working with global and local teams to produce impactful campaign assets that maintain brand consistency while addressing unique market requirements
  • Drive the development of commercial sales content across multiple channels to support trading priorities and boost customer conversion
  • Coordinate integrated marketing initiatives across all channels, ensuring cohesive delivery and measurable impact throughout the Marketing and Sales functions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns within the travel industry or similar consumer-facing sectors, with end-to-end campaign management experience
  • Strong understanding of the UK&I market and competitive landscape, with the ability to design marketing strategies tailored to regional dynamics
  • Good working knowledge of all marketing channels to guide effective planning and strategy while leveraging the expertise of content and channel owners
  • Ability to think strategically, set clear direction, and drive innovation across marketing initiatives to deliver measurable impact
  • Commercial mindset and proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisions that optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Experience managing strategic relationships with key suppliers and agencies, fostering collaboration that drives performance
