Coloplast is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people‑centred marketing leader to take ownership of our Ostomy portfolio in the UK & Ireland, one of the most critical and fast‑evolving segments within our Chronic Care business. This is a rare opportunity to join a market‑leading organisation with a strong, innovative pipeline. You will play a pivotal role in redefining how we engage healthcare professionals, elevate brand communication, and bring meaningful innovation to people living with intimate healthcare needs. Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Ostomy portfolio across the UK & Ireland
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement by coordinating multiple workstreams, maintaining regular communication, and presenting business cases and updates to both UK and global leadership teams
  • Work closely with product management, consumer marketing, sales, digital, clinical services and P&E to develop robust commercial forecasts and business plans for new pipeline innovations, securing alignment and sign‑off at local and global levels
  • Design and deliver comprehensive launch strategies, set KPIs, and ensure cross‑functional delivery of all launch activities
  • Drive sustained post‑launch success through the OC Market Managers
  • Ensure our advisory boards deliver real value by shaping agendas, gathering insights, and strengthening relationships with national KOLs to support brand advocacy and market understanding
  • Align commercial priorities with the Coloplast professional agenda, ensuring competitive advantage and meaningful business impact
  • Guide, empower, and develop the OC marketing team
  • Contribute actively to the wider Marketing Leadership Team

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of proven success in marketing roles
  • Experience managing people and leading diverse teams for at least 2 years
  • BSc/MSc in business, marketing, or health sciences is preferred
  • Strong track record in strategic launch planning, brand management, and operational execution, ideally within a specialised chronic care environment
  • Strong communicator who presents with impact
  • Self‑starter who delivers independently
  • Leader who empowers others to perform at a high level
  • Curious, analytical, and able to bring structure to data and insights
  • Works to high standards, demonstrates accountability, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Understands the NHS landscape, the needs of HCPs, and the importance of grounding all activity in real customer insight
  • Commercially astute, able to spot growth opportunities, and confident in providing innovative solutions that set future direction
  • Must be comfortable working a minimum of two days per week in the office
