Job Responsibility:

  • Own and lead all Tableau marketing data, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, ensuring our data is consistent, accurate, and accessible
  • Develop and optimise reporting processes that drive efficiency and enable data-led decisions across global marketing teams
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage Martech solutions that keep us ahead of the curve in a fast-evolving digital landscape
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, PR, Buying, and beyond to ensure marketing analytics drives strategy and execution company-wide
  • Lead, coach, and uplift a talented analytics team to build confidence and capability in using data to tell compelling stories

Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success leading analytics for a digital-first or global consumer brand
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and marketing performance measurement frameworks
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their performance metrics
  • Experience with Martech stacks, data governance, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for experimentation
