Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Admissions to lead our strategic initiatives in the education sector. This senior role is crucial for driving enrollment growth and enhancing the institution's brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both digital marketing and admissions processes, coupled with a proven track record in business development within the educational landscape.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and admissions strategies to achieve enrollment targets
Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
Manage the admissions funnel from lead generation to student enrollment
Drive business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and partnerships
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and admissions team
Ensure brand consistency and enhance the institution's reputation
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing and admissions, with at least 25 years in a leadership capacity
Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, Admissions, and Enrollment management
Proven success in Business Development within the education sector
Familiarity with CDL (Continuing Distance Learning) principles is a plus
Strong understanding of the Indian education market, particularly in Uttar Pradesh
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities

Nice to have:
