Job Description

Senior, hands-on role with full ownership of strategy, execution and ROI to build and scale a measurable marketing engine that directly contributes to deal origination for a mid-market M&A advisory firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the firm’s content and thought leadership strategy across website, YouTube, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Design and execute a high-performance paid media strategy
  • Build and optimise full-funnel lead generation infrastructure
  • Establish rigorous analytics and reporting frameworks
  • Manage external marketing resources and budget discipline
  • Develop and implement a scalable marketing operating model

Requirements

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience in high-performance, high-pressure environments (6–10+ years)
  • Demonstrated ownership of performance marketing outcomes
  • Strong analytical and technical marketing capability (GA4, CRM systems, marketing automation tools)
  • High-quality written and strategic communication skills
  • Commercially driven and structurally disciplined
  • Comfortable operating autonomously at senior level
