Head of Major Accounts – South – Civils & Lintels Lead Strategically. Build Partnerships. Drive Regional Growth. Be Part of Something Bigger at Civils & Lintels. We’re now looking for a Head of Major Accounts – South to take ownership of our most commercially significant customers within your region. This is a strategic leadership role, focused on driving long-term growth, strengthening key partnerships, and delivering strong commercial performance. What you’ll be doing: Developing and delivering a regional major accounts strategy aligned to wider business objectives Owning and managing relationships with key national and strategic customers Driving sustainable growth through structured account planning and joint business initiatives Identifying and converting new commercial opportunities within existing major accounts Leading negotiations on contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements Acting as the senior escalation point for complex customer or commercial challenges Collaborating with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, supply chain, and marketing Monitoring performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decision-making Ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across your account portfolio Representing the business at senior customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events What you’ll bring: You don’t need to tick every box – if you’re commercially driven, relationship-focused, and ready to take the lead, we want to hear from you.
