Job Description:

As Head of M&A Integration, you will ensure Axon’s acquisitions integrate smoothly while continuing to drive growth and momentum. You will lead post-merger integration strategy and execution across the company, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver clear outcomes with speed and minimal disruption. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing structure, judgment, and confidence to leaders and acquired companies throughout the integration lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end post-merger integration for acquisitions, from pre-close planning through execution and stabilization
  • Establish and operate a scalable Integration Management Office (IMO)
  • Partner with Corporate Development and executive leadership to align integration priorities with strategic growth objectives
  • Drive cross-functional integration execution across Finance, HR, IT, Product, Sales, Legal, Operations, and other key functions
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for integration planning, sequencing, and progress
  • Design and continuously refine integration operating model
  • Ensure Day 1 readiness and continuity of operations for acquired businesses
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks
  • Continuously improve integration playbooks, tools, and best practices
