Job Description:

As Head of M&A Integration, you will ensure Axon’s acquisitions integrate smoothly while continuing to drive growth and momentum. Reporting directly to David, you will lead post-merger integration strategy and execution across the company, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver clear outcomes with speed and minimal disruption. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, bringing structure, judgment, and confidence to leaders and acquired companies throughout the integration lifecycle.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end post-merger integration for acquisitions, from pre-close planning through execution and stabilization
  • Establish and operate a scalable Integration Management Office (IMO) that translates deal strategy into clear, executable integration plans
  • Partner with Corporate Development and executive leadership to align integration priorities with Axon’s strategic growth objectives
  • Drive cross-functional integration execution across Finance, HR, IT, Product, Sales, Legal, Operations, and other key functions
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for integration planning, sequencing, and progress, ensuring timelines and commitments are met
  • Design and continuously refine Axon’s integration operating model, including governance, cadence, and decision-making frameworks to maximize speed and clarity
  • Ensure Day 1 readiness and continuity of operations for acquired businesses, customers, and partners
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks, proactively resolving issues that could impact performance, momentum, or employee retention
  • Continuously improve integration playbooks, tools, and best practices based on lessons learned and evolving business needs
