As a Senior Manager and key member of the French Marketing leadership team, you will oversee our loyalty program, strategic marketing program and CRM marketing channel for France. This role reports to the Marketing Director France, and leads a team of 9 people.

Job Responsibility:

  • Grow our loyalty program, Deliveroo Plus: you will own both the program value proposition (program benefits, pricing and overall architecture) and program marketing to grow our active Plus member base
  • Own the CRM marketing channel in France: you are responsible for shaping the channel strategy in order to maximize long-term value of the channel through both opt-in customer base growth and top-line generation
  • Coordinate marketing strategic planning and own customer insights: You own annual and quarterly marketing business planning across FR marketing sub-teams as well as reporting mechanisms (weekly / monthly / quarterly business reviews)
  • Influence in-app customer experience roadmap: Keep abreast of product developments and own GTM (from communication to change management), influence the centrally-owned product roadmap and experiments in order to improve the customer experience in FR
  • Coach and manage a team: Lead and develop your team of managers and associates to make them grow and evolve within our organisation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally in tech or digital-first businesses
  • Prior experience with loyalty programs or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills and an ability to operate across levels in a matrix environment
  • Project management expertise and an ability to seamlessly handle competing demands and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English
  • Growth mindset, bias towards collaboration and strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly proactive, with an ability to set strategy and operate independently
  • Previous consulting experience is a plus
  • Team management experience is required
