Shape the future of TUI Airline's network strategy and drive commercial growth across our global operations. As Head of Long-Term Network Strategy, you'll lead a team that defines our route portfolio and provides critical input to fleet planning decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and maintain our long-term network plan aligned with seasonal demand patterns, customer requirements, and TUI Group priorities, identifying new route opportunities and market entry strategies
  • Work as the commercial lead for fleet planning, translating network ambitions into aircraft capacity requirements and collaborating closely with Fleet, Finance, and Strategy teams
  • Develop structured, insight-driven route proposals including financial modeling, revenue forecasts, and ROI analysis for both new opportunities and existing route optimization
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to build a culture of evidence-based planning using performance dashboards and predictive models to refine long-term network decisions
  • Coordinate with Revenue Management, Scheduling and Flight Operations to ensure our long-term network remains feasible, scalable, and profit-maximizing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading airline network strategy, route profitability assessment, and capacity planning within a multi-market airline environment
  • Strong commercial awareness to translate customer and market insights into effective network development strategies
