As the Legal Head, you will lead the legal department, direct corporate legal strategy, manage enterprise risks, and partner with the executive team to drive sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Legal Oversight: Direct high-stakes transactions, M&A, and key partnerships to align legal frameworks with business goals
Executive Advisory: Serve as the primary legal advisor to the C-suite and Board on complex legal, regulatory, and governance issues
Risk & Compliance: Oversee robust corporate compliance programs and governance policies to ensure enterprise-wide adherence to regulations
Dispute Management: Lead the resolution of major commercial disputes, investigations, and crises, strategically managing external counsel
Department Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing legal team while optimizing department operations, resources, and budget
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law or above with active PRC bar
Overseas LL.M./JD is highly preferred
Minimum 10 years of legal experience, open to both law firm and in-house candidates
Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to provide actionable, business-first legal solutions
Stable career history with high professional ethics and the resilience to lead through complex, high-pressure challenges
