Job Description:

The Head of Legal will oversee a legal team of 3 members, managing various legal functions such as contracts, M&A, Company Secretary compliance, and occasional litigation. The role offers close collaboration with the SLT and provides strategic input into the business growth in the UK and internationally.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, review and negotiate contracts
support external counsel on M&A activities
maintain Company Secretary requirements
oversee small litigation matters
collaborate with SLT on strategic decisions
lead the legal team of 3 members

Requirements:

UK qualified Commercial/Corporate Solicitor
7+ years PQE
experience in a non-FS regulated environment (beneficial but not essential)
ability to draft, review and negotiate contracts
expertise in M&A support
knowledge of Company Secretary requirements
capability in overseeing small litigation matters

Nice to have:

experience in a non-FS regulated environment
