Job Description:

We're seeking a driven and experienced Head of Legal Practice (HoLP) to lead a dynamic, innovative CLC-regulated conveyancing practice. In this forward-thinking role, you’ll manage a talented legal team, develop strategic legal approaches, and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and manage the legal team, providing direction and support
  • Develop and implement legal strategies in line with the company's objectives
  • Offer detailed legal advice and analysis to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on legislative changes
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on legal matters, ensuring understanding of compliance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance and residential conveyancing
  • commercial experience a plus but not a prerequisite
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional analytical and organisational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • At least 7 years of residential conveyancing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a HoLP role (preferred)
  • Solicitor license required
  • UK work authorisation required
