The company is currently executing a major retail asset enhancement initiative (AEI) to revitalize its mall in a mature township and better serve the surrounding community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead Revitalization Strategy: Direct the full leasing strategy and execution of the mall's revitalization project (AEI)
  • Tenant Mix Curation: Identify and secure high-quality retail, F&B, and lifestyle brands to create a competitive and relevant tenant mix
  • Financial Goals: Develop budgets and achieve aggressive occupancy and rental revenue targets to maximize the mall’s financial performance
  • Commercial Negotiation: Oversee all major lease negotiations and finalize contracts to ensure favorable terms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate extensively with the mall's Design, Project Management, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination from space handover to tenant fit-out and opening

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in mall or commercial leasing, with a proven track record of successful deal closures
  • In-depth familiarity with local commercial market trends and an extensive business network of tenants and property agencies
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and results-oriented with strong business acumen
  • Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
