Job Description:

A landmark retail development located within a prominent mixed-use destination in Penang. Positioned for high visibility and strong footfall, the mall features a curated mix of retail, F&B, and lifestyle offerings, backed by established developers with a long-term vision for placemaking and destination appeal.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive market research on competitive leasing trends within the geographical and catchment areas
Oversee the full leasing process, including planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closure, and budget forecasting
Source new, suitable tenants that align with the tenant mix plan
Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, agents, business partners, and other key contacts
Oversee lease agreement negotiations and execution
Collaborate with legal teams to draft standard tenancy agreements.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
10-15 years of experience in mall leasing, with a proven track record of successfully securing tenants and driving leasing initiatives
Driven, ambitious, and assertive, with a strong sense of initiative
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
