Job Description:

This is a pivotal, senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a progressive, company-wide learning strategy. You will cultivate a strong and consistent learning culture across the group, ensuring that training is engaging, high quality, and aligned to both regulatory expectations and wider business objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strengthening apprenticeship provision, maximising levy utilisation, enhancing the Learning Management System
  • Exploring opportunities to expand funded and accredited programmes
  • Working closely with Directors, Regional Teams and Home Managers to identify skills gaps, support underperforming services, and implement impactful development initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior Learning & Development leadership role
  • Background within elderly care or health and social care environments
  • Experience developing workforce strategies, leadership pathways and succession planning initiatives
  • Happy to travel across the South of England throughout the week
  • An adult learning qualification
