Head of Learning and Development

Sigma Healthcare is searching for a dynamic Head of Learning and Development to reimagine how our people learn, grow and succeed across our multi-channel, international organisation. Sigma Healthcare is undergoing a period of exciting transformation and growth with the recent acquisition of Chemist Warehouse, expanding its network across stores, distribution centres, support offices and franchise brands both nationally and internationally. Reporting into the Group Manager, Education and Development, this is an opportunity to make a significant, enterprise‑wide impact by leading a future‑focused Learning and Development strategy that enables high performance, supports national compliance, and builds ongoing capability. This role is pivotal in championing a culture of continuous learning, supporting organisational transformation, and ensuring our people are empowered with the skills they need to thrive.
