Sigma Healthcare is undergoing a period of exciting transformation and growth with the recent acquisition of Chemist Warehouse, expanding its network across stores, distribution centres, support offices and franchise brands both nationally and internationally. Reporting into the Group Manager, Education and Development, this is an opportunity to make a significant, enterprise‑wide impact by leading a future‑focused Learning and Development strategy that enables high performance, supports national compliance, and builds ongoing capability. This role is pivotal in championing a culture of continuous learning, supporting organisational transformation, and ensuring our people are empowered with the skills they need to thrive.
Job Responsibility:
Set and lead the organisational Learning and Development strategy across the Sigma Healthcare group
Build capability for the future, partnering with senior leaders to identify skills gaps and drive targeted workforce development initiatives
Oversee design and delivery of innovative learning solutions, spanning leadership, technical, digital, compliance and frontline learning
Optimise learning technology, including systems governance, user experience and data analytics to measure impact and ROI
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and statutory training requirements
Lead and develop a high‑performing Learning and Development team, fostering an inclusive, values‑driven culture
Strengthen partnerships with external bodies, regulators and industry groups
