Head of Landlord Safety role in Commercial Services team to strengthen commitment to delivering safe, compliant homes. Role involves leading full range of Landlord Health & Safety obligations and driving continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, manage and be responsible for Landlord Health & Safety obligations across homes including Gas Servicing, Legionella, Asbestos, Electrical Safety, Lifting Equipment, Fire Safety and Radon Gas
  • Make sure compliance performance meets statutory duties and continually improves
  • Look for opportunities to strengthen data quality, modernise processes, remove manual tasks
  • Drive sector leading transparency and assurance
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
  • Make sure policies, processes and reporting frameworks are robust, fit for purpose and consistently applied
  • Ensure accurate compliance data available for internal stakeholders and regulator
  • Be key player during new mergers or partnerships, leading LLH&S due diligence
  • Act as trusted ambassador for customer safety
