Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and transform distributed engineering organization of 30-40 professionals across Malaysia and off-shore teams
  • Collaborate with overseas stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and technical direction
  • Lead AI-assisted development practice with the use of AI engineering tools
  • Assist in onboarding and hiring of software engineers

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of AI development, LLM-powered architectures, and agentic AI coding systems
  • Expertise in Microsoft stack including .NET, SQL, or at least one of the programming languages such as Java, React Native, Angular
