Job Description

The Head of Technology is a pivotal leadership role reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and a key Senior Leader. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a forward-looking technology and innovation strategy that extends beyond traditional IT. At client, technology encompasses the full operational ecosystem, including the systems, tools, and digital capabilities that enable how work is planned, delivered, monitored, and continuously improved across the organisation. You will drive the adoption of practical, scalable, and emerging technologies that enhance safety, productivity, and performance. Working closely with leaders across the business, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement, and data informed decision making, positioning technology as a core driver of operational excellence and organisational performance. In addition, you will provide strategic oversight of core IT services, including infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and communication platforms, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with business priorities.

Job Responsibility
