The Head of IoT and Physical AI Architecture will lead product development in IoT and Edge AI, driving innovation and shaping the future of connected intelligence. This strategic role involves defining architectural vision, assessing technology trends, and translating research into practical solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in technical architecture and proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Client Discussions
  • Fosters collaboration among cross functional teams
  • Provides expert guidance on technical architecture, software development best practices, and emerging technologies

  • Defines and tracks key performance metrics related to service development and delivery
  • Develops and manages the budget for the relevant service/product development portfolio

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial
  • Background in consulting (e.g., Big 4)
  • Substantial demonstrated working experience gained in a similar role and preferably within a global IT services organization
  • Substantial demonstrated experience leading and managing a services/product development team
  • Substantial demonstrated experience in technical architecture, software development best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Travel: As needed for business needs up to 50%

  • Accountable to ensure availability, continuity, integrity, security, and recovery of all SAP components both individually and holistically, ensuring definition and implementation of associated processes
  • Responsible for managing the lifecycle of all SAP systems and related technologies. This includes setting practices for applying service packs, version upgrades, and both preventative and corrective maintenance. Updates are coordinated by leading and influencing staff and partners
  • Leads a team with responsibilities and capabilities in SAP BASIS, providing guidance and expertise in all aspects of SAP administration
  • Drive operational excellence, provide level III incident and problem management, including resolution and root cause analysis of the most complex SAP Basis and database issues
  • Accountable to ensure alignment to standard processes for monitoring, tuning, and solve issues of the SAP environment and SAP transport system
