We are recruiting for a Head of Investment Compliance to join a well-known Investment Manager. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in funds compliance, including a strong working knowledge of the COLL Handbook and the regulatory framework governing authorised funds. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned funds specialist to take ownership of a high-profile function and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's compliance strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Hold SMF responsibilities for Investment Compliance across the group
Act as a key point of accountability for ensuring robust oversight, controls, and governance within the function
Take ownership of a high-profile function
Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's compliance strategy

Requirements:

Proven track record in leading and embedding compliance processes within an investment or asset management environment
Proven track record in driving change and transformation projects across complex businesses
Proven track record in providing confident, constructive challenge and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders across the organisation
Deep expertise in funds compliance, including a strong working knowledge of the COLL Handbook and the regulatory framework governing authorised funds
