Job Description

TeamSystem is seeking a Head of International Technology to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the global CTO function, orchestrating the technological evolution and innovation agenda of our product portfolio across multiple jurisdictions. Reporting directly into the Group CTO, this appointment represents a mission-critical role in architecting the future of our engineering organization, catalyzing transformative innovation and ensuring strategic congruence between technology capabilities, product vision and overarching enterprise objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide strategic oversight and governance for large-scale technology initiatives
  • Exercise functional leadership over Country CTOs on behalf of Group CTO
  • Champion the standardization and harmonization of way of working, processes, toolsets and methodological frameworks across the technology organization
  • Foster and institutionalize a unified, cross-functional technology and engineering culture
  • Collaborate with Group-wide technical teams in driving technological convergence
  • Provide executive-level support to the international CTO function, with accountability for budget governance, cost optimization, talent acquisition strategy and performance management

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in architecting and implementing technology governance frameworks and enterprise operating models within large-scale, multinational organizations
  • Exceptional ability to exert strategic influence and provide visionary leadership to C-suite technology executives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of modern software engineering principles, enterprise-grade platform architectures and the strategic integration of AI and Cloud capabilities
  • A distinguished track record of at least 10 years in progressive technology leadership roles within international software development and innovation-driven environments
  • Complete professional fluency in English is essential
  • multilingual proficiency in Spanish, French or other strategically relevant languages represents a significant differentiating advantage
