Ravensbourne University London is seeking an ambitious and strategically minded Head of International Recruitment to lead the growth and diversification of our international student community. This senior role will have responsibility for developing and delivering Ravensbourne’s international recruitment strategy, managing and expanding a global network of education agents, and building new international partnerships that directly support student recruitment as well as further developing our relationship with our existing valued partner. The post-holder will also act as the institutional lead for US Federal Loans, ensuring compliance and excellent service for US applicants.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and delivering Ravensbourne’s international recruitment strategy
  • Managing and expanding a global network of education agents
  • Building new international partnerships that directly support student recruitment

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in international student recruitment within higher education
  • Proven success managing international agents and developing recruitment-focused partnerships
  • Experience overseeing US Federal Loans or similar international compliance processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • A strategic, data-informed approach with the ability to translate insight into action
