Job Description:

Establish and lead Bühler's internal communications function grounded in clear, accessible dialogue. Build the foundation for employee experience communications that connect people to company strategy, foster culture alignment, and enable organizational change.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities, organizational change, and culture initiatives
  • Translate corporate strategy into employee-relevant narratives and dialogues that connect people to company direction
  • In partnership with HR, design and execute change communication for major initiatives, including feedback mechanisms and listening strategies
  • Establish leadership cascade frameworks that ensure strategic messages consistently reach and resonate across all organizational levels
  • Manage intranet strategy, content, and internal editorial calendar to ensure relevant, timely employee information

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Organizational Development, HR, or related field combined with minimum 5 years experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or organizational change communications
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and ability to support organizational transformation
  • Experience in Swiss corporate environment, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors as well as in communicating across diverse, geographically distributed employee populations in industrial/manufacturing environments (production, technical, office-based staff)
  • Proven track record building or transforming internal communications functions
  • Very good communication skills in German and English (Level C1)
