Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and creative Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to serve as the "voice" of our organisation. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will drive our communications strategy from concept through execution, playing a pivotal role in how we message, connect, and bring the employee experience to life. This role is equal parts strategist and hands-on operator. You will build a digital-first community, acting as the primary owner of our engagement platform, Workvivo. As a trusted partner to the C-Suite, you will shape our narrative, bring our Employee Value Proposition to life, and foster a culture of clarity, recognition and transparency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Digital Engagement & Community Management via Workvivo: own the Workvivo strategy, driving adoption through engaging multimedia content and empowering "culture champions" to build the community
  • leverage analytics to optimise engagement and ensure an inclusive employee experience
  • C-Level & Strategic Communications: ghostwrite authentic executive messages that reinforce our vision, values and culture
  • lead communication strategies for major organisational changes and transformations
  • Events & All Hands Management: manage the end-to-end production of company-wide All Hands meetings, leadership updates, etc.
  • agenda setting, speaker coaching, slide design, and managing the Q&A process
  • ensure a seamless and inclusive experience that effectively engages both remote and in-office employees
  • Culture, Recognition & Awards: oversee the company’s recognition initiatives, managing award cycles and internal campaigns that celebrate employee success
  • highlight recognition moments, such as promotions and employee awards

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
  • Proven experience managing enterprise social networks or employee experience platforms (experience with Workvivo is highly desirable)
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex business concepts and adapt tone for different executives
  • Confidence and poise in advising C-Level executives
  • ability to push back constructively and offer strategic counsel
  • Experience organising large-scale virtual or hybrid town halls (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
