We’re looking for a Head of Institutional Affairs (AI) to guide our engagement with policymakers, regulators, and institutional partners as we navigate the evolving AI landscape. You will shape our public-policy strategy, represent the organization in high-stakes discussions, and ensure our work aligns with emerging regulatory frameworks and societal expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute institutional and public-policy strategies related to AI governance, standards, and regulation
  • Build strong relationships with government bodies, regulators, industry groups, and research institutions
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate implications for internal stakeholders
  • Lead external engagement, advocacy, and representation in policy forums and consultations
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Research, and Leadership to ensure alignment with regulatory trends
  • Prepare policy briefs, position papers, and thought-leadership materials

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in public policy, regulatory affairs, or institutional relations, ideally in AI, tech, or adjacent sectors
  • Deep understanding of AI governance, digital policy, and emerging regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to engage senior policymakers and navigate complex institutional environments
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical-writing skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder-management experience
  • Fluency in English
