Job Description

We are looking for an experienced leader for the Inside Sales team for the APAC region. This will include managing and growing a team of Inside Sales representatives whose primary purpose is to generate a qualified prospect pipeline and helping in landing new logos or growing existing accounts in the region. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will be developing and executing deal strategies, mentoring a team, and collaborating with every area of the organisation, then this will be an ideal role for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage, develop, and hire a team of Inside Sales Representatives
  • Coach early stage sales professionals
  • Work with Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of campaigns, while providing constructive input to develop new campaigns
  • Develop relationships with Sales segments to ensure positive working relationships and maximize the effectiveness of inside sales team
  • Maintain consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organisation
  • Keep a pulse on the market: Know the landscapes and trends that may shift tactical budgets and strategic directions of accounts

Requirements

  • Very strong sales development/Inside sales experience, with sales management skills
  • Extensive knowledge of how software is positioned and sold to line of business, IT and procurement executives within the Fortune 1000
  • A metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach
  • Previous Sales Methodology training
  • Experience building organisations and hiring and training top talent
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota in past opportunities
  • Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and/or internal stakeholders
  • Strong customer references
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/mindset with flexibility towards dynamic change
