We are looking for an experienced leader for the Inside Sales team for the APAC region. This will include managing and growing a team of Inside Sales representatives whose primary purpose is to generate a qualified prospect pipeline and helping in landing new logos or growing existing accounts in the region. Job Responsibility:
Manage, develop, and hire a team of Inside Sales Representatives
Coach early stage sales professionals
Work with Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of campaigns, while providing constructive input to develop new campaigns
Develop relationships with Sales segments to ensure positive working relationships and maximize the effectiveness of inside sales team
Maintain consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organisation
Keep a pulse on the market: Know the landscapes and trends that may shift tactical budgets and strategic directions of accounts
Requirements:
Very strong sales development/Inside sales experience, with sales management skills
Extensive knowledge of how software is positioned and sold to line of business, IT and procurement executives within the Fortune 1000
A metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach
Previous Sales Methodology training
Experience building organisations and hiring and training top talent
Proven track record of over-achieving quota in past opportunities
Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and/or internal stakeholders
Strong customer references
Entrepreneurial spirit/mindset with flexibility towards dynamic change
