In this role, you will define and drive the end-to-end influencer and social strategy, guiding a talented team and elevating how the brand shows up across digital channels.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement the influencer and social media strategy for the Benelux region
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing social and influencer marketing team
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and talent agencies
  • Translate brand ambitions into creative, data-driven influencer and social campaigns
  • Manage KPIs, dashboards, and insights to drive optimisation and future growth
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all influencer and social touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Brand, PR, Paid Media, E-commerce, and Product teams to deliver integrated initiatives
  • Drive brand relevance and commercial impact through strategic influencer partnerships

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally on the brand side
  • Past experience within the consumer electronics industry is a plus
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership
  • Working experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Traackr, CreatorIQ, or similar platforms is essential
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and analytics to optimise campaigns
  • A strong network of creators, influencers, and agencies across the Benelux is an asset
